The location was good because we travelled by train. Only 100 m from
railway station! 15 min. Walk from centre. Staff friendly, very clean.
Small bathroom but clean, the shower was good and even the hairdryer was
working. We did not try the breakfast. For 65 eur/night it was ok.
Recommendable for just a couple of nights or 1 night. -

The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They
all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning
Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

This was a great find.
Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy.
