  The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave.   This was a delightful place to stay with Manuela being so helpful and friendly to all her guests. Breakfast was lovely and when weather was nice we got to mingle with other guests - even in the afternoon when we could sit in garden having tea and coffee with whoever was around from sightseeing the town which is only 2 to 3 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.

  I was a bit stressed out when we arrived, because we arrived a few hours later than planned. and had to drive down a narrow pedestrian street to reach the hotel.
