  We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. Fan was provided, as we left windows open all day, and closed them at... what people say » night. (The nearby café could be a little loud with open windows). I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery). In this nice small hotel you'll find everything you want to cook (all pots&pans, even some oils..). Definitely will stay again and a

Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.
