  Calm / nice neighborhood with many restaurants (trattorias, petit bistrots, caffee's) around. Metro station just a short walk away (8 to 10 minutes), and close by metro to the heart of Rome /places to visit. Apartment well furnished and equipped, nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Building ok, nothing fancy. The person /keyholder (Giuli... what people say » a) very nice and helpful gave us tips about restaurants in the area. Had a great time. Would come again. - All we found, we got at this place: clean, comfortable 1-bedroom appartment. (we drived with 9 years old boy), just on the border between Old city and Trastevere, not far from Koliseum, with a amazing look from the window - on the small plazzia with caffee and restorances.

  At Home Townhouse was fantastic. As it is different to a conventional hotel (it is a guesthouse with no reception), they made the check-in very easy. Pina was very helpful, and answered all of our questions in perfect English. The room itself was clean, well kept, and in a good location between termini station (for train travel from airport and to... what people say » regional italy) and also a mentor station nearby. Wifi was fast, and the use of the printer was fantastic, allowing us to print our tickets to the va - Everything was amazing. This hotel was our final destination in our 10 days trip in italy and it was by far the best one. The staff, which is mainly 1 person called Pina, is amazing. She helped us get there and was super nice and helpful with everything. Location is 7 minutes walk from 2 Metro stations, including Termini (main station). The room was big and for the first time in Italy the shower was also very roomy. Free wifi + a free to use computer in the room. Highly recommended.
