Great hotel location near the beach and Jaffa promenade. It is close to the center of city and I recommend it as a good option for those coming first time in Tel Aviv having in mind that the city is one of the most expensive in the world. Very affordable prices for two people wishing to rent studio apartments with little kitchen and dishes and prepare food in saving on that way money they would spent on very expensive restaurants. It is very easy to find the hotel when you are coming from airpo.
all reviews » Reception staff were absoultly unique. In my two and half week trip I spend time in 8 hotels raged from 5 stars to 3 stars. I would give 10 out of 10 for reception staff at home apartment. They helped me sorting problems which I needed help due to language barrier. Staff was really nice, let us in before check in time. The room was very comfortable and clean and the location was fabulous, just a block away from one of Tel Aviv's best beaches. we loved the location to be right in the middle of the vibrant Tel Aviv City and the wonderful board walk along the shores of Tel Aviv and its great coffee places on the beach. very close to the beach. my window was overlooking the beach with a clear view of the streets. clean environment and professional staff. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good - just 1 block from the beach. It was a short stay but very convenient. There was a lot of noise from the street, but it was a night where the whole city is open for 24 hours, and there is a lot of events and parties going on. Parking your car near the Home Apartments is nearly impossible and this is true for most of Tel Aviv. So use the wonderful bus and Sherut services which bring you safely to any destination you wish. may be a little too expensive for cost concious travellers. We ended up in a room that looked quite different than the one we saw on a picture - old amenities, clearly screamed for remodeling. Parking garage was very hard to use. The room was quite old, not renewed for several years, so was the bathroom, but we saw that they are modernising other rooms (especially the room next door was during renovation, so there was some noise because of that). The window was very dirty. A lot of noise outside the window (traffic), but of course you can shut it and use ac instead. poor quality Wi-Fi, unsafe condition microwave oven, design of the room, uncomfortable shower. the room was facing busy street noise was very loud waiking us up all night long drunks and street cleaning truck was more noise as what we could handle. Not so clean as should be. I think dust wasn' t even been wiped. Nothing bad, worth the price, even though a bit more than we paid for others. No breakfast include. It did not lock as good from outside. each time you go out, we have to give back the keys. Noise traffic whole night on street. Noise from the street when staying in the front suites with a view. No problem with noise in the back, but no view. There was nothing to dislike. It was what it was. a lot of noise from the street. Nothing. nearby highway. not really clean enough at times, good try but needs that extra effort. no armchair to relax to watch TV, chairs and table were handy though. Bathroom was refurbished but not completely, some parts still needed attending such as tiling and grouting. sluggish plumbing in shower. It wasn't clean at all. They tried by changing towels and fix the beds, but there was gum at the floor and a lot of dust. Also the bathroom wasn't cleaned. the first room was very small. Rooms is too small. The deco was almost squalid. My room faced the street and although I had a bit of a view it was very noisy even at night with the traffic and drunkards passing by. A very tired and poor quality apartment/hotel which is very overpriced for what it is. The photos on the web do it much more than justice. Moved to a better quality location after just 1 night. Aircon broke down, tripped electricity. Safe didn't work, bulbs out. Shower curtain had mold, was replaced the next day, so we had to shower without a curtain the first day Bath drain was very slow. The 'studio apartment' was extremely small it was a box sized room with a kitchen squeezed in and no room to move. A small paper sized window in the corner and the bathroom was a toilet room with tiny shower in the corner very cramped. A particular staff was very annoyed with customers. Not so value for money. Did not send me back my deposit yet, it's been 3 days already !!. Strange interior, not very comfortable. Not very clean. Very little space in the room. Window waits to be cleansed from outside. Receptionist refused to take payment in us$ -- first time in Israel! Staff was polite, but somewhat tired (maybe feel being underpaid). Hot water is limited, so you can switch it on for a period of time only twice during your visit: before and after midnight. bit dated and expensive. Run down flop house. Very basic facities, Internet hopeless in the room, had to stand in the corridor for WiFi reception. Has to manually reset meter every day for hot water Cleaning is perfunctory, when done takes 3 min, did not have bed linen change in 6 days Air conditioning worked only intermittently while aver 35 degrees! Never again!. Small room,Bad smell in the shower, and the room's poor Accessories. Not so clean...
