Lovely clean apartment. Very well situated. Secure and quiet . Comfortable beds. Washing machine and dryer. Extremely nice owners very welcoming . Would absolutely recommend.

Spacious, comfortable and modern apartment. Excellent location with comfortable walking distance to the beach, Carmel market, Rabin Square, Culture Center and other attractions of Tel Aviv. Private car park within the building included, abig plus in Tel Aviv. Friendly staff (Tali). Credit card accepted for payment. Well described and reliable access formalities outside of office hours.

The temporary noise of the new Migdal David complex being built across HaYarkon street.It will eventually block the sea view from the terrace.

This apartment has everything for a fair price: good facilities, highly responsive managers and excelent location, so that you are 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the Arlozorov station (by bus), 30 minutes from old Jaffa (on foot).

Position

Only one bathroom for family of 5. Lots of building in area that blocked sea view.

Big apartment, with everything you can imagine in it. Close to the beach and transport. Very comfortable beds. If I would come back to tel aviv I would definitely book this apartment again.

- Owners of the flat are very helpful and answer queries quickly. The electricity disappeared a couple of times, but they fixed it in no time - spacious flat, comfortable beds, nice balcony, everything really! - close to the beach

The apartment we had was fantasitic: it basically had everything you would need. The room was very spacious and very clean. The location is also great: maybe 5mins walk to the public beach. Highly recommended for big group of people or family with children

The apartment is in good condition, also very good located with close access to the beach, shops, restaurants and attractions. The owners were very friendly, the handover of the apartment went smoothly.

At the apartment itself nothing. In the small road near the apartment, there were three sites for new homes or hotels, which made a slightly larger noise. But the works will be completed once, so maybe that was not the perfekt time. :) I find this totally uncomfortable and stressful that we couldn't pay with credit card only accepted pay pal or cash.

When I read about the fold-down sofa-bed my thoughts were "At least the parents get a nice room and muggins will have to make do as usual." Not so. Folded down it was a perfectly comfortable bed with not compromise whatever and it was extremely quick and easy to fold up and down. A word about the electricity: We staid well inside our free allotment and left three quarters unused. And even if one were to run the AC continuously (something I personally could understand, the family sat outside on the balcony, but then, they're nuts) that would only raise the price from 200 to 210 dollars per day. Is that really too much for perfect comfort? I don't think so. Free parking is in the basement, couldn't be better.

Apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Sat tv, hairdryer, iron, washing machine etc. Communication with staff to arrange handover was excellent. Location is good near beach and handy for Allenby, Carmel market etc. The balcony is a nice spot to have a drink while looking at the Med and enjoying the afternoon sun. This may change soon as they are building in front of the balcony

We stayed in Sunshine suites for five days. The building is new and very well located close to beach and Ben Yehuda, and walking distance both to Tel Aviv Naamal and Yaffo, 2 blocks from the American Embassy. The apartment was big and very sunny with a nice balcony, spotless clean. It had a nice kitchen with toaster, microwave, etc and also a hair dryer in the bathroom. We really felt very comfortable.

That we couldn't pay with credit card as we normally do through letsbookhotel.com, as the owner only accepted pay pal or cash.

perfect location, very close to the beach, there are all equipments for comfortable staying. I'd like to live at such apartment for long period, very well-designed, very spacious and very sunny!!! Hope, I'll be back to Tel Aviv and will stay at SunShine Suites for sure!!!
