We had a room on the 17th floor that overlooked the Jaffa port and the coastline. Lovely spa With very Professional therapists, even though the recptionists at the spa is very busy on the phone w. The room was great. I ordered a Junior Suite, and it was upgraded to Mini Suite with no extra charge (although we still weren't allowed in the Business Lounge). Breakfast was fantastic, and we were sorry we didn't have room for everything. Walking distance from most attractions on the boardwalk and some good restaurants. This is a topnotch facility with a great NewYork and European Vibe. It is a boutique style hotel easy to navigate in a great location. Great Israeli breakfast with huge choices and fantastic service. I booked a room after 9pm thru letsbookhotel.com but since their reservation center closes at 9pm, they wouldn't give me a room because it didn't show on their system so it took me two hours until they finally agreed. New hotel Just opened, unprofessional reception staff, a lot of small problems. Spa unsuccessful. very expensive,for what I received. Costs a Lot without elementary amenities: Hair Dryer, Mini Bar, Trash Bin the Maintenance Team wakes you up at 08:00 Sunday even though the Red do not disturb light is on The shower Huge Glass Door fell off on us showering and the hotel didn't even offer a compensation finally, we were never asked how was our vacation.
