we had a great time...the food was delicious, the view from the room was great..we liked everything about it.

there was no elevator...but they nicely carried our bags up the stairs.

An ideal location, friendly staff and good rate (and free, faster, wireless internet which worked without hassle). Nice sun terrace with view down to the sea. Definitely a candidate to stay next time I have a day in Tel Aviv.

Hotel was fine, but they appeared to have not received my reservation via booking.com. Not a problem, they had a room, but at busy times might be worth a phone call to check.

Maintanance - very old rooms and bathrooms...

the rooms need to be renovated
