Soured our stay. very poor control by lifeguards of small children who were allowed to go into deep end and disturb serious swimmers even though they had arm bands on they will have a disaster if they do not keep kids from dangerous deep end with lane swimmers. I booked through letsbookhotel.com 2 days after my traveling companion. I paid $8 more than they did. They received complimentary breakfast. I did not. How can this be?????. They charge $15 per day per device for the internet. On Shabbat or holidays one cannot get a fresh roll or decent coffee in the name of religion, despite a $20 charge for breakfast. Pool is nice but it's over a virtual motorway. Food is much worse than described- a combination of fast and poor quality. Location (not the best part of the city, no direct access to the beach - there is a big road to cross), extra charges for wi-fi,. Charging for wifi is unusual and outrageous, costs the hotel nothing and the cost of breakfast at $30 was extortionate, even though the breakfast was good. Price for wifi!it cost for 1 day 15$! 5 star hotel, but old furniture. having to pay for wifi at a ridiculous rate when you can go out for a coffee and get free wifi - and ten free coffees for the same price - the only free wifi is at night when the smoking bar opens which has no windows - nice. Wifi charges Poor room maintenance - paint etc. Poor lighting design Pedestrian entrance difficult Pool furniture dirty.
