The air of enjoyment. I was there with my son who was home from Australia and my youngest son and his wife. They loved everything about the hotel and would certainly visit it again. I too would pay a visit and make more of the leisure facilities. The staff are really helpful as when I discovered we had no ironing board in our room they rectified the matter immediately. The bathroom worked really well, especially the shower. - Anne

Staff efficency and attention to detail was excellent. Cannot believe this is a three star hotel. Have stayed in four star hotels which didn't match Castlecourt for service. - Adrian
