  On arrival the staff were so hopeful from word go , ease of check in and attention to detail and informative of all information regarding the hotel , bar , restaraunt and general facilities etc. All the staff were local and very familiar with the local area , which was a great help to me as I was travelling on to Causeway in Kerry and it was great ... what people say » to be pointed in the right direction . - Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, well-appointed rooms. Breakfastsincluded were full, order off the menu breakfasts. One dinner includedwith two night stay--that dinner was the best meal of our three week trip--excellent!

  We liked everything about this Hotel ,its location was perfect as we were going to the Listowel races .Our room was very comfortable, we had a lovely breakfast , all the staff were very friendly ,only problem we were only there for one night ,We will definitely be back again . There were lovely views of the countryside from the hotel. - Beautiful... what people say » location just outside Tralee with superb view over the countryside. The room was spacious, tidy and clean and well worth the money. There was a small, but exquisite food market in Tralee with an excellent choice of local and homemade food such as cheese, chutneys and bakings.

  Quaint old style of rooms and hotel generally, but clean and comfortable. However, the ensuite bathrooms, obviously added fairly recently, were spick and span, modern and functioned very well.   First time staying here and wont be the last,found it to be very relaxing,staff fantastic,loads of parking rooms were clean,wifi,multichannel tv,and very comfortable bed,could not hear any noise from street,and had an undisturbed 2 nights of sleep.Very convenient to everything so a very pleasant stay.Would rate it top hotel in tralee as i am a reg... what people say » ular traveller to the area. Superb - We had a great stay! Our room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit old fashioned which wasn't a problem at all. The bathroom was clean and more modern. The breakfast next morning was brilliant. Continental breakfast and Full Irish, which we both loved. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk! We would definitely come back!
