Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular. First rate, across the board. The staff was brilliant.

The staff were always very friendly. The room was cleaned and fresh towels supplied daily, the food was very nice. In all our stay was very enjoyable

Our flight was delayed and we could get nothing to eat as it was aftre 9 o'clock. Had to be rescued by McDonalds nearby!

very convenient to the shopping centre and close enough to town centre

I found it really difficult to find a clean bowl at breakfast. Most more dirty and this was my only difficulty with the hotel. I know washers can give problems but these bowls should not have been for public use in the state they were.

Quiet location and a feeling of space everywhere in the Hotel, including bedroom

Proximity to Manor shopping centre and to main road. Availability of leisure facilities. Cooked-to-order breakfast included in rate.

Room was cold on arrival. Hotel ambience is bland and soulless, particularly the bar - and there are no good bars / restaurants within walking distance.

I liked the spa centre and breakfast

The bar staff were very unfriendly and quite rude. Also there is a very strong smell of chlorine when you enter the lobby. I also did not like the location - in the middle of a shopping complex.

Easy access from Limerick Road. Very close to retail park and excellentchoice of shops. Close to students accomodation where my son is bacedand for futher visits over the next couple of years for us. Excellentbreakfast and choices, and breakfast staff were excellent (particallythe irish staff) and loved the big pot of tea and more if we wanted it.Also appreciated the daily papers.

Thought the bar area was impersonal and cold in atmosphere. When I wentdown for drink at 9ish and perhaps to watch lls quite strong smell of foodbit off putting.

Helpful reception staff

The bar is quite simply awful, it lacks any character and/or comfortable seating. As the hotel is some distance from the town it really needs to offer guests a comfortable area to sit and enjoy and drink etc.
