From the point where we were picked up at the airport to the point where we were dropped back the next day the experience was superb. Food (for the price) was excellent, the room spacious and quiet. Staff superb, the experience flawless, if you are on a stopover or staying over the night before an early flight, this place is perfect. Excellent Value also!. the 2 bedroom apartment was much more than what we expected great use of space everything in the apartment was fantastic could not fault accomodation only 5 mins by car to nearest shopping centre and cinema good underground safe parking, staff where pleasant to us and helpful, breakfast was good, .
all reviews » Loved the self contained apartment. It was great to have two bedrooms and a seperate living space. Ideal accommodation for a family. It is very convienent for the airport and the courtesy bus was very efficient. Car parking rates for the duration of our trip were also very reasonable. The appartment was great and so spacious but above all the we all commented on how sparkling clean it was. Will be booking Days Airport again the next time we have an early flight. Accomadation, receptionest and bus driver were great.We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which had a separate living room and kitchenette and fantastic balcony. It would be fantastic for a family. Bus to downtown was 50 meters away and the hotel provided free shuttle to the airport. Nice room, very good price, very well and reliably organised transport to the airport even in middle of night. Nice soft beds and thanks for the hot bath - it was a cold day!. Very clean,spacious and convenient. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were a group of seven and everyone raved about the hotel. The 2 bedroom appartment we stopped in was just fabulous with spectacular views and even though we were close to the airport we could hear no noise. We had 2 bathrooms, one being an on-suite. Dublin city centre was within easy access, approx 15 mins on a regular bus route and shops were just across the road. The free airport shuttle bus was a great bonus too. I have already stayed in the days hotel dublin airport and found itgreat value for money, easy access to - from airport with free shuttlebus, staff were very helpful and friendly, bus stop to city centre justoutside hotel, all this adds up to making your stay pleasant,. Price was ideal for a one night visit for Rugby. The hotel is on the main bus route into Dublin City Centre and Croke Park. Secure parking ideal. I am very particular, and found the whole thing perfect. Well Done Days Hotel! Your staff are very proud of the place and it shows!. the only negative i would give would be the location not great outlook from hotel, run down area, but when you go into hotel it makes up for the location. There are not a lot of services within walking distance like resturants, pubs etc. and it is a bus journey from city centre. I would, however, still stay in this hotel if I was in Dublin for a holiday with my family because of the quality of the accommodation.The bar menu is not great to be honest, could really do with more choice and some dinners for kids apart from the usual chips etc. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy but was did not detract from our stay.The only thing that I did not like was in the drawer beside my bed was someones used earplugs and perscribition tablets.. on arrival we went to the Restaurant for Dinner and had read the information about it in the room. However, when we arrived at the restaurant we had found we should have previously reserved a table. Your staff were very accomodating at getting us a table as it was not busy, later when it was busy i noticed other residents having to wait as they too did not realise about reserving a table. As in most European hotels and guesthouses, there were no wash cloths. not very happy about staying in double room:thin walls, noisy neighbours. It was impossibile to sleep.Room service menu was pricey and limited choice. More exact info on how to get there from the city (Bus No.4). The price of a pint. A slight odor in the rooms (stayed in two) would like cross ventilation. all I didn't like was the nearness of the traffic and the noise. i would have liked a soda machine in the lobby. Location. It would be helpful to supply information on how to use the washer / dryer.The ramp from the basement 'secure' car park was not cleared of snow, nor gritted. Took a while to get up the ramp.
