The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well. The attention to detail, the very friendly staff. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The food was superb and beautifully presented. Stayed in a self catering holiday home, the house had everything you could need in it, it was perfect for us and the 3 kids. the kids had their own rooms, which they loved! and there was even a sofa bed downstairs for an extra friend.The pool was great for the kids, and staff really friendly. kenmare itself is a great spot, lovely pubs, restaurants

I was looking for something near the town which I could walk to and the Rivermere was perfect. Only a ten minute walk to town and another ten minutes in the other direction to the National Park. The price was very affordable and if you needed help in any way someone was there to help you. The breakfast I had every morning was excellent and there was plenty of it. I love my tea and the staff put extra in my room whenever needed.

of Killarney where you can get to either by foot or by bike (can be rented and it's definitely worth).
