    Loved our hostess; very outgoing and full of information, which she shares readily. The house is lovely, just difficult to find; probably partly our fault, as we don't usually stay in busy cities; we found Killarney poorly signposted and thus, the B&B hard to find. More than comfy, though, and certainly in easy walking distance of downtown res... what people say » taurants, shops, etc. - Very friendly welcome and attentive service; keen to offer advice on local facilities. Room was clean, nicely fitted and very spacious. Breakfast was very good. Parking was available. Residential location & taxi/car needed to get into central Killarney. Very well priced.

    the efficiancy of staff and the pleasent manner in which we were received made our stay memorable and an enjoyable experience. the rooms in which we stayed in, were of high spec,modern and spotless and the best breakfast ever had in any hotel we stayed before. highly recommended and will return again in the future. - Staff were friendly and helpful... what people say » , good atmosphere, plenty of parking, nicely decorated, a great place to stay in general. Was upgraded to a superior suite on the sunday night which was nice. Pool, sauna and gym were good for relaxing too.

    We travelled with our 16 year old son and chose this hotel down to price. The reception area and bar/restaurant area were nice and the leisure centre was terrific although the gym was average at best. The ros were fine but there was a slightly damp odour in corridors and gym area. Whilst the hotel was quite noisy with a lot of young kids, it didn'... what people say » t affect our visit. If my family was younger this was a fantastic place to stay. The facilities both indoor and outdoor were great and it was unbeliev - The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.

    First time staying here and wont be the last,found it to be very relaxing,staff fantastic,loads of parking rooms were clean,wifi,multichannel tv,and very comfortable bed,could not hear any noise from street,and had an undisturbed 2 nights of sleep.Very convenient to everything so a very pleasant stay.Would rate it top hotel in tralee as i am a reg... what people say » ular traveller to the area. Superb - We had a great stay! Our room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit old fashioned which wasn't a problem at all. The bathroom was clean and more modern. The breakfast next morning was brilliant. Continental breakfast and Full Irish, which we both loved. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk! We would definitely come back!

    We did not rent a car but stayed at the Marian house for 10 days for we loved it so much we decided to use it as our home base. The Marian house is centrally located on a quiet side street with magnificent views of the mountains. The room was spacious and very comfortable. After our travels we would gather back at the sitting room by the peat burn... what people say » ing fire place and often chat with the wonderful hosts. When we left we felt as if we were leaving family behind for we so loved our hosts. We plan to - We loved the hospitality of Breda and the other staff at Marion's B&B. They were incredibly helpful and friendly and assisted us greatly with directions to local sights as well as where to locate stuff in town. We stayed up talking late into the night with Breda who shared so many insights into life in Ireland. This really made our stay in Killarney very special and we will definitely be back to visit if we pass through again.
