    Location, location, location! After driving the Ring of Kerry, we spent a lovely time walking the gardens and woods of Muckross House park, so it was a short and easy drive to Ardree House. Being just three blocks from Killarney city center, it was an easy walk to restaurants. Staff was excellent, at check-in offering to switch us to ground floor ... what people say » room to save us from lugging suitcases upstairs and at breakfast, where it seemed we had three servers taking care of us! Beds were comfortable, break - The location is very convenient to the city centre and only a short walk for pubs, cafes, restaurants and other shopping. It's a good base for the drive around the Ring of Kerry. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with their local knowledge. Plenty of choice at breakfast made for a sumptuous start to the day.

    The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay.     The staff were excellent with warm welcome. The owner could not do enough to please her guest. she was all the time attentive to her guest. She even gave us the whole apartment for our family even though we book only 2 bedrooms. what a pleasant time we spend there. The two lads helping the lady were very friendly as well. Highly recommended... what people say » , value for money - We met Farida, the lodge manageress on arrival and were met with an extremely warm welcome. We had a fantastic stay at the hostel and would recommend it to anybody looking to travel to Ballinskelligs as it is not only very affordable but it is also a very relaxing place and is run by an amazingly kind and welcoming lady!     This is the best B&B you can get in Ireland! Hidden in the green of the Beaufort village you'll find this fantastic white Irish house. It is heavenly calm for city-dwellers like me. The beautiful Gap of Dunloe is only a stone's throw away if you go by car and at most 20 minutes if you walk. The famous Ring of Kerry starts only 1 kilometer fro... what people say » m this B&B. Both the Dingle peninsula and the Beara peninsula are not far away if you go by car. Killarney is not far too and has at least three v - Very friendly hosts, knew the area and were able to make good recommendations for dinner, etc. Bella came out to greet us upon arrival and saw us off when we left. Wonderful Jaunty ride up the road at Gap of Dunloe Breakfast was great The rooms were very clean The beds were way too comfortable and warm in the morning.

    Our host Mary was exceptionally friendly and gave us a big welcome on arrival, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, beautiful location, a homely feel without anyone being intrusive, bedroom was an excellent size with turn down service at night with a chocolate left on pillow each evening, a nice surprise. - agree with other good review... what people say » s,excellent place for touring Ring Of Kerry,nearby Dooley's does excellent food.One of the best breakfasts have had also,huge choice of good stuff.

    Peter was a great host, very attentive and caring, who made you feel at home from the moment you walked in. The bed had heating mattress which was nice and toasty and there was a portable heater in the room to warm it up. It was lovely to come back after exploring all day to a nice hot cup of tea or coffee in the room. Location was along the main road and about give minutes from Killarney town centre. - This B&B is very good one with a delicious breakfast, small but clean rooms with good beds and very very friendly owners. The house is five minutes away by car from the city centre. As we wanted to drink a beer in a pub the owner drove us into the city centre. Beyond that we always were invited for a coffee or tea as we sit in the living room watching TV or surfing in the web. That's much more than standard. We'll come back again! Thank you!

    The guest accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We stayed in the family room and it was the perfect getaway. The children loved playing on the beach close by, sat in the living room and played chess and even threw the baseball in the front yard area.     My sister and I stayed for five days in this lovely comfortable home of a very frinedly lady, food and detail to our every need was given. Just enough distance from the town which was just a short straight drive from the beautiful town of Killarney, a most enjoyable holiday.     This was by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Our hosts Lillian and Dom were amazing. They went out of their way for us, and nothing was too much trouble.     I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic.     Amazing Bed and Breakfast!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was exceptional (very clean and had a full kitchen with anything / everything we needed), and the beds were very comfortable. We have traveled quite a bit all over Europe and I can honestly say the breakfast here was the best we have ever had! This place is perfect for those catching a ferry to Skellig Michael in the morning, or even for tired walkers looking for a place to rest on the Kerry Way.     We arrived much later than we thought and the manager was very accommodating and kind. It being February, we had the place to ourselves, so it was like having a large house with well-stocked kitchen, cosy tv room and dining room. Family room was very spacious with bunkbeds for the kids. It was great to be able to make an evening meal and breakfast... what people say » , so you weren't always going to restaurants. All of this for 40 euro a night for four people! The area is beautiful and remote. Make sure to sea Glan - We stayed In a very nice, clean, comfortable, simple private double en suite room. The kitchen was large, clean, well-equipped with ample refrigerator space, dining area and common area with TV and WiFi. The manager was very friendly and helpful. It is any easy stroll to the center of Portmagee village that has a few restaurant/pubs grocery, cafe and boats to the Skelligs. Ample parking as well. A good half-way point on the ring of Kerry.
