Staff were extremely attentive to needs to guests. They were charming, friendly and professional. Imagine having someone book a hair appointment for you in Killarney when you have never been there before. Clare did just that for me. She called three salons, got prices and availability and I took her advice. In fact, they were consisently kind, humourous and efficient throughout my stay. My room had lovely views of the river, was clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Everything was absolutely perfect! Bernadette and Maria were so accommodating, wonderful to talk to, super friendly. The room was large, clean - great views all around the property. The staff were excellent with warm welcome. The owner could not do enough to please her guest. she was all the time attentive to her guest. She even gave us the whole apartment for our family even though we book only 2 bedrooms. what a pleasant time we spend there. The two lads helping the lady were very friendly as well.
