  The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay. The house is lovely, just difficult to find; probably partly our fault, as we don't usually stay in busy cities; we found Killarney poorly signposted and thus, the B&B hard to find.   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

Apart from obvious things like kettle and tv, they have tea, coffe, sugar, washing up liquid and tea towels, full kitchen with dishwasher! washing machine, DVD player, soap and shampoo. Complex feels new and looks clean, beds and couches were nice and comfortable. Location is great as well, we did - The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs. The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless. The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids. The pool - the joy of staying

  I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic.
