I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel suited my stay and I will definitely be returning. The bar was great, will live music. It was located not far from the city centre, so we drove in to do some Christmas shopping (which was out main purpose of this trip). Food was really nice, couldn't fault this hotel at all. Excellent value.
