    The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel.     From the minute we walked in, the reception from all the staff was excellent. They were really very helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean and enjoyable,with easy access. The staff even allowed us to park our motor bikes under cover. You have - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful. Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

    Room was spacious and very comfy. Slept like a log with no noise at all seeing as in the town centre. Quick walk to the centre and close to the river and the attractions in titanic quarter.     The staff al over the hotel were friendly, from the reception to the restaurant. Great location, close to some good pubs and a short walk to the centre. We were staying for the Ice hockey, which was a 15 minite walk away, Titanic was a bit longer but still walkable. There was a good choice at breakfast. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

    Tthe signage to the Titanic Quarter was excellent.The carpark arrangements were perfect.We had a double room and a family room,both spacious and comfortable.We visited the Titanic and did a city tour the first day, paid for tour thro' the hotel and picked up at the hotel.We went to see a film at the Odessey that evening, only a few mins.walk from ... what people say » the hotel.The hotel was an excellent base and the staff werre so heplful.On the second day we visited Carrick- a- Reede Rope Bridge ,Giants Causeway - The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.

    Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent.     The staff was amazing. I do travel a lot and I don't remember having such a great service. Quality for price is excellent - This is by far the best Express Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, and the staff in particular were fantastic.

    1st of many visits to Belfast for business purposes,i brought my wife along this time as it was a fact finding visit for me and as i only had 2 meetings throughout 3 days within the area so i thought id make the most of getting away for a rest, she loved the staff, the hotel itself,and the indian restaraunt.
