The welcome on the phone from Brenda was so warm, we were celebrating our Honeymoon and she made me feel we had made the right hotel choice before we even arrived! The staff we're extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly from first impressions at check in and right throughout our stay. Restaurant was really good with a very high standard of food and service. One of the top 3 fine dining restaurants in Limerick in my opinion. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us.
