My friend was visiting from Waterford for the night and we stayed in the Orwell Hotel, it was so relaxing and we were very well looked after, eventhough we were only there for one night, it was a very lovely experience. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat. Great location only a couple of kms from dublin's city centre yet set in a peaceful and quiet street in a lovely old building overlooking a garden out the back. Rooms were small yet cosy and very comfortable. Wifi worked in the rooms fine and free parking was very convenient. Staff were very helpful! They booked us a cheap ride from the hostel to the airport since we had a 6:30am flight. Facilities were clean, hot showers, and clean sheets including sheet over the comforter. I would def stay here again. Location was great. 15 min walk to Guinness storehouse, 10 min walk to trinity college, 7 min walk to temple bar area

It is a very central location to Temple Bar area, Grafton Street, and O'Connell Street. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.
The facilities (even the shared shower rooms/ toilets) are very clean, and the bedrooms themselves are very clean. This is the 2nd time i've stayed here and I would definitely recommend to others!

I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

The hostel lived up to my expectations. The staff is young and friendly. The good points are the location, heating, cleaning and reception 24 hours a day, and also the private car park. -
