It was comfortable - especially the communal lounge area - clean, and nicely decorated, with very helpful staff. My room had everything I needed and was very good value for my 30 euros. The buffet breakfast set me up nicely for the rest of the day. Overall, a very handy base from which to explore Dublin, near a main road for transport, but situated in a quiet residential street.
