    I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. ... what people say » - Loved it. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented. All of the staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite. This is our 2nd time here and we probbaly wouldnot stay anywhere else in the future.

    The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Little touches like the Ipod speakers, the old fashioned bath, view over the courtyard and very comfortable and huge beds made this one of our favorite Irish hotels. Would also fully recommend using the spa facilities and the outdoor hot tu... what people say » b. At night, the hotel will let you stay up that bit later for late drinks in a lovely drawing room. All in all, a five star experience. The food was - A wonderful luxury, 5 star hotel that was just great overall. The best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Ireland. Large, comfortable rooms & bed, great food, attentive staff, with Bart at the front door everything just couldn't be better.
