Excellent location, very very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The bed
was really comfy and the blanket was huge. Did I mention the location
was excellent? Because the location was excellent. And the food at the
Mexican cafe beneath was delicious. Note: I was staying on the
Westmoreland St side, the other rooms may be different. -
Really friend... what people say » ly staff! The rooms were larger than I expected and clean. Beds very comfortable. You can't beat this location - it's right in the middle of everything. A bit difficult to find the check in - the entrance is actually on Abbeygate st, but you check in at La Salsa Restaurant (also owned by the guesthouse owners).

The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway.
The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away.
Would definitely book this... what people say » again. -
Galway is incredible. Eyre Square Townhouse is a fantastic value with an incredible location that our group enjoyed tremendously. It was our only accommodation in Ireland that provided everything as promised, with a central location to boot.
Chris and Eamonn at the front desk were both fantastically polite and helpful.

As central as Jury's for half the price! I loved the location - I have had too many visits to Galway recently where I've been stuck in hotels or guesthouses on the edge of town and had to battle through the notorious Galway traffic jams. Almost changed our reservation after reading bad reviews online. So glad we did not. Great central location. Yes a little loud but that is the price you pay to be in the heart of any city. Friendly welcome. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms. Yes, small rooms but We were not looking for a suite. Quaint kitchen with continental breakfast laid on. Croissants , bagels, cold meats and cheeses, freshly brewed coffee etc. What more could we have wished for. We had a lovely stay and cann

Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to
expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews
looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the
provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that
we stayed in. Had great location and they even let us check out... what people say » late as
they didn't have a booking the next day. -
All the staff is very kind and efficient. In Sleepzone, they can show
you what to do in the city, recommend restaurants and pubs and sell you
guided tours to other places nearby Galway. Besides, the common areas
are very clean and organized, specially the kitchen. A very simple
breakfast (bread, jam and juice/coffee) is included, but it was more
than enough for us.

Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. Great position, good quality accommodation attached to character pub right in Eyre Square in the heart of the attractive and vibrant city of Galway. Fabulous breakfast - individually cooked (instead of withering in a buffet) and served in a lovely room over the old pub. Pleasant friendly staff.

They Kinlay was excellent! I've stayed at many hostels, and this was tops. It was clean, easy to move around in, centrally located to much of the sights of Galway, and easily put us in touch with a great free walking tour of Galway. Facilities were clean. Printing is free. Breakfast is decent - cereal, toast, or museli, with coffee and tea. Hot water just fine. Either bathroom connected to your room or large shared bathroom. Maria and Norbert are nice and helpful.
