A very friendly, comfortable hotel. We have now stayed there 3 or 4 times and would certainly go back. It is always a good sign that most of the staff have been there for quite some time. I loved the fact that the hotel was in the heart of Killarney. The hotel was beautiful and quaint with a beautiful open fire and fresh flowers everywere.Great staff, very welcoming, efficient and friendly. The hotelrestaurant is wonderful. Location is right in center easy walk toeverything.

The condition of some of the curtains and carpets in a few rooms. Possible need replaced. the price of the hotel was a bit much because there was no lesuire facilities and no car park, there was a public car park but you had to pay for it. The room we got was lovely but it was really dark as there was an air con system out side taking up the whole of the back of the hotel and if you were staying for a few days the dark room would prob really get to you, it was so dark in the room you needed all lights on to see what you were doing.Room a little dated - carpets and bath in need of repair due to staining. That there is no guest parking. romm was grubby, the floor not very clean in the bathroom, there were makeup stains in the bathroom and also the room looked nothing like the photo ye provide in your site. Also there was no hairdyer.. what hotel in this day does not have a hairdyer?? I was disappointed really but this would not stop me from using your site as i find letsbookhotel.com excellent and would hold the hotel at fault really.
