The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The two day parking for €10 was reasonable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from great bars and restaurants. Despite this, the rooms were very quiet at night, there was no disturbance from outside noises.

Close to town.
The car park is located accross the street and up the road a bit, not far really but just a bit awkward with a lot of bags.
There is no lift, which again is no major problem as there are only 3 flights of stairs. However, we had a lot of bags so it was a bit difficult.
The locking system on the doors were a night mare to work.
You wouldn't want to be staying in and relying on the TV for entertainment, small with poor reception.
noise, thin walls mean you hear every move in the guesthouse, bring earplugs.
Noise off the street in the morning, but it's downtown so can't be helped.
Wifi was not available in room
Parking was a disaster.
