  Excellent location, very very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The bed was really comfy and the blanket was huge. Did I mention the location was excellent? Because the location was excellent. And the food at the Mexican cafe beneath was delicious. Note: I was staying on the Westmoreland St side, the other rooms may be different. - Really friend... what people say » ly staff! The rooms were larger than I expected and clean. Beds very comfortable. You can't beat this location - it's right in the middle of everything. A bit difficult to find the check in - the entrance is actually on Abbeygate st, but you check in at La Salsa Restaurant (also owned by the guesthouse owners).

Lovely view of river, near river for walks. near car parks. It's located just 5-10mins walk from Eyre Sq, just the right distance for a nice evening stroll after dinner, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle to not hear any city commotion! They allowed us to check in early, and to leave our luggage there for the day, after we checked out which was really sweet! I would definitely recommend this guesthouse, and will be going back again next year!

  We liked that we had the possibilty to get a vegetarian breakfast, that it was served flexible according to our wishes, that wre always were welcomed to ask for other stuff needed, the kind hosts and even more that we got taken by car from our hosts to the city to reach our bus in the morning, big thanks for that! :) - Is a lovely place to stay o... what people say » wned by a very friendly couple.   Mary was a wonderful host. Greeted us with open arms as soon a we walked in the door. She told us everything we needed to know about the area from where to catch the bus to the best places to eat & drink. She also made us a delicious irish breakfast in the morning. She saved us time and money by having a bus to the aran islands pick us up clos... what people say » er to her place, and was just constantly helpful. Our room was the perfect size with a small bathroom, perfect for a short stay. The area and place it - Trieste is a wonderful place to stay at if you are visiting Galway. Mary makes the best scrabbled eggs i've had in my life. The breakfast is big and you will not complain over it. Too good! The room was good. Me and my friend had a double room with separate beds it was great and very cosy. The host Mary was very helpful and friendly. Had Wi-Fi. Hurray! Great paintings around in the house. Me and friend loved this place! Thank you Mary! :)
