Excellent location, on the fringes of the main bar area at Temple Bar.
My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this
was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in
advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who
checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on
holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food
and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.

The staff is patient, knowledgable and very accommodating. The other guests with whom I shared the room were quiet and considerate. On May 29, when I changed rooms, I realized I'd left my passport in Room 109. Karine at the desk alerted the cleaning staff. Corinna, whose team had already done the room, made a special search and found it where it had slipped down under the mattress. I shall forever have fond memories of Generator Dublin and hope to stay there again, or in any other city where yo

I was there for two days. I really liked the location of this place. Walking distance to almost every other place. The staff are really friendly and nice, ready to help. The security there is also high. The place is very clean too. I was at some other hostel to see a friend and trust me,it wasn't half as nice as Abigail's. It was the first statement I made immediately I could manage to. All in all, it is a very very nice place to stay.
Plus,breakfast was very good.

I liked the friendly staff at the reception throughout my stay. I liked the facilities for computer people and the option of doing some things as a group on an evening.I liked the way people are encouraged to mix,for example the big tables and the forms, the splendid option to cook in the evenings, having to share a room with complete strangers (as I was a solo traveller). The breakfast set up was homely.

They let us check in early and were very friendly. The two-bedroom was plenty of space for a group of 2 couples.
