Very comfortable rooms and nice and quiet, I was afraid because of the city centre location, but it was really quiet. Their breakfast was also great lots to choose from and in a nice dining room. Also good value for city centre location its walking distance to Saint Stephens Green

Ideal location, only a few minutes walk from the very centre of the City. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Considering the prices of other hotels, this guesthouse was perfect for our budget and we had a great stay!

Staff were excellent and very corteous and helpful with directions, booking taxis, suggesting restaurants, etc. The hotel was also very warm.

The double bed was the smallest double bed my wife and I ever tried to fit into and we're not big people (she's 8st approx and I'm about 13). also, the noise from the traffic and people on the street laet at night was overwhelming, the Baggot Court windows are very old and we could hear everything as if the window was open. Should invest in double glazing.

A bit of a scruffy exterior and decor going upstairs - a seedy back street hotel feel instead of a supposedly good standard

Location is the only reason to stay at the hotel. Near the city and the sights. Everything in walking distance. Still quite street in Georgian Dublin. Breakfast is good but the same every morning.

Breakfast was exactly the same every morning. Facilities were not adequeate, eg. bidee was missing. Room look a little tired. The hotel is overrated (price vs what you get).

Excellent shower and working hairdryer unlike many other establishments.Location good.

Irish hotel but no Irish staff or atmosphere. Valance sheet and curtainswere very dirty.
