Really nice breakfast and good location, good value for a Dublin hotel. The location is really good and also a quiet place. Very comfortable rooms and nice and quiet, I was afraid because of the city centre location, but it was really quiet. Their breakfast was also great lots to choose from and in a nice dining room. Also good value for city centre location its walking distance to Saint Stephens Green. Friendliness! The staff was always happy to answer questions and take care of us. Bus stop was only a few yards from the hotel front door.Nice hotel, near the city, we can recommend!. comfortable rooms, peaceful location, flatscreen t.v., good hair dryer, powerful shower, good breakfast.staff was very helpful. breakfast was fabulous! overall a really great value. Ideal location, only a few minutes walk from the very centre of the City. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Considering the prices of other hotels, this guesthouse was perfect for our budget and we had a great stay!. Room was spotless and bright. Breakfast was adequate. Central location suited perfectly. Wifi should be standard these days... Unable to open window from hotel room.The double bed was the smallest double bed my wife and I ever tried to fit into and we're not big people (she's 8st approx and I'm about 13). also, the noise from the traffic and people on the street laet at night was overwhelming, the Baggot Court windows are very old and we could hear everything as if the window was open. Should invest in double glazing. noisy from room next door. my rm was on 4th floor, and no mention of no lift- older guests would need to know this. Rooms are quite small.The cooked breakfast was cold!. small room, poor furnishings and fittings, not 100% clean. Breakfast was exactly the same every morning. Facilities were not adequeate, eg. bidee was missing. Room look a little tired. The hotel is overrated (price vs what you get). A bit of a scruffy exterior and decor going upstairs - a seedy back street hotel feel instead of a supposedly good standard. Irish hotel but no Irish staff or atmosphere. Valance sheet and curtainswere very dirty.

By Plane:
Travelling from the airport, we would recommend that you take an AirCoach bus to Marion Square and then walk for 4 to 5 minutes.
Another option is to take the regular bus number 41, 41B, 16A or 747 to Lower O'Connell Street and than bus number 10 to Lower Baggot Street. Get off to the Old Convent stop before Baggot Bridge. We are opposite the bus stop at number 92.
