Coffee and biscuits, the staff, the crab claws (delicious), the cat, the warm fireplace in the Drawing Room, the breakfast, etc., discover the rest.

This is the best place in Dublin - there is nothing I did not like about the lodge

The staff were really nice and go out of their way to make you welcome. after checking out we were allowed to leave our car in the car park (as we were going to the RDS) when we returned to it later that night we were asked in for a cup of tea before we headed home. excellent!!!

Excellent Hotel in every way.

Transportation from/to the airport is somewhat complicated if you're not familiar with the city Dublin.

Staff most helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and warm. Coffee/tea on arrival and map of Dublin was very thoughtful and passes to Art exhibition a lovely idea.

The service was wonderful -- kind, attentive, thorough. I felt very welltaken care of and as though the hotel staff really cared that I enjoymyself and have a good visit. The hotel was quiet and relaxing and I lovedthe location.

Excellent, courteous, attentive staff. Lovely décor and atmosphere. Delicious breakfast.

Website states that there is a restaurant and I particularly chose this hotel because of this. However there is not a restaurant - merely a selection of light snacks served in the drawing room. This was disappointing as we therefore had to go out to eat .... however I would recommend Roly's Bistro in Ballsbridge!

Beautiful neighbourhood, great breakfast and extremely helpful staff! It was fun to commute to the city centre on DART.
