  Brendan was very welcoming and helped us to settle in well. Our overnight stay was very enjoyable with a hearty breakfast to start the day. Our host was most obliging with information.   Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely and you get alot more than you pay for. The Restaurant is quite expensive but it is worth every penny. I have no complaints what so ever. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and every detail in the hotel has been finished remarkably.   Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

  The staff were super efficient and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was super, the room was a standard room but was huge, which was great and a nice change. We had food in the bar the day after our stay and both the service and the food itself were superb.   Lovely old manor house with a very large parking area out front. Were greeted right away by the Lodge's owner who helped us with our luggage. The rooms were beautiful, large and clean overlooking their garden area. Were given really good directions, and a book with hints on what to see in Cork...even given a lift in cause he had an errand to run... what people say » . Breakfasts were amazing. Beautiful place!!!! - friendliness of staff - good breakfast - spacious rooms with very good soundproofing, did not hear traffic despite being close to major roads
