The wonderful customer service- friendly and helpful every step of the way. The delicious traditional breakfasts AND the great location- just a short walk to Corks main shops/pubs and also a great base for any tourists wanting to do day trips to other areas. Fantastic value for money- would certainly stay again!.

The Guest house is clean and the (Irisk) breakfast excellent!.
I like everything. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Small, clean room with a nice cozy design. In the city centre yet very quiet area. That'll be my new stopover for Cork city.

Would like to have had a do not disturb sign for the rainy days we slept in and a better way to contact innkeeper about getting breakfasts for the next day and city information.
I thought it would be a big climb up St Patricks Hill but it was only 18 steps, so that was not a fault, However I was not sure until I got there.
Absence of soap.
Compared to other B&Bs I have stayed in (Austria, Germany, Ireland) there was nothing "special" about this place. I have nothing really to complain about, but nothing to compliment either.
