  The hotel was just lovely with Noel & staff bending over backwards to make your stay perfect. The room was pristine clean and I was delighted when I stepped into the bathroom in my bare feet - the tiles were warm with underfloor heating and there were heated towel rails. The room also had air-con/heating with your own control panel which was ... what people say » great.
