We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. W

Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. The two-bedroomed suite was really huge and very well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, and all furniture was new and clean. Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. I liked everything about the hotel. Great location and easy to find. Great friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the mattress was great to sleep on.
Once the shower warmed up there was good water pressure. The bathroom was spacious and clean.The restaurant was very good and also the bar was inviting with great band playing early on Saturday evening. The staff in restaurant and bar were also friendly. Great place to stay.
