the staff is greatalways willing ot help, the rooms are always clean and they really take care into the details. The pool it's fantastic, and if you stay in the villas with private pools, even better There is no TV, which really make you to relax and disconnect from day to day world. Everythin! this place was gorgeous, the massage I had in the spa was possibly the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot!!!) the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and this is simply a stunning place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Bali.
