Komaneka at Bisma is located in an incredible setting overlooking rice paddies and the pool. The suites are large and have a great balcony. The staff are exceptional. They made us feel like family and we enjoyed them as much as the hotel! We had a one year old with us and they often watched him while we finished our meal. We felt very comfortable having staff babysit for our one year old because he got to know everyone so well while we were there. They also connected us with a driver /guid.

Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool. Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service. The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud. The staff are so fantastic, they make you feel like you are home. Nothing was to difficult, their local knowledge is a fantastic asset and great recommendations. Pool room was fantastic, did not see anyone while in there totally secluded even though they were together. Food was great best in Ubud. Will be staying again for sure. Well done komeneka your staff rock. Great hotel overall, hourly transportation to several locations in Ubud. Great staff whom are quite helpful in assisting travelers plan their days in Ubud. Rooms are specious and nicely furnished. Balcony offers great views and has a table and tanning deck. Breakfast iand afternoon tean and cake are included and are quite good. This is a great place to relax and take things slowly. You can spend the entire day relaxing at various spots in the hotel. With just your book or ipad. Yummy snacks are available foc at these rest spot. The spa rooms are awesome too. We were placed in one has a great view of the waterfall and the river. Can't ask for more. I loved everything about it. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The eternity pool was stunning, the grounds beautiful and the staff wonderful. We had a massage at the spa and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. You feel like you are a million miles away, but town is only a five minute drive. The staff at Komaneka Bisma were amazing. Although it doesn't have loads for young children to do at the resort, the staff were so lovely and helpful with our little boy that we felt completely at home. The pool areas are amazing and nothing is too much of a problem for the staff. Would definitely go back. the breakfast was really good. loved the infinity pool and the staff were really helpful and respected our privacy. Added in a few special touches for our honeymoon. would definitely stay there again. My husband said the tv in the room was too small to watch when you were in bed. Having said that, who wants to watch tv when you are on holidays, apart from my husband!. We found the shuttle service great but the pick-up service was a little confusing. Not a big problem though. the running track was too steep for people with disabilities so we didn't get to see the river. It was also sometimes cold at night and there was no spare blanket in the room. When we finish breakfast in the room we should call them to collect the plates.some times we forget and we are more than 4 people .some finish others still sleeping .we go out .and sssooo. Room wasn't ready till 3pm. In some respects, the staff could have improved and provided even better service. Possibly overpriced for the location. i did not get special deal :(. Nothing. Bug bites at the pool side. Slippery walkpath... Need map of the facility. Nothing:). Nothing. the hair dryer is really slow. Rice fields were not so impressive compared to other locations. The towels look old and the blanket in room is too thin, not feel comfort when sleeping.
