I love the atmosphere of the place and definitely love the room and the cleanliness. Food in the cafe was great and we were lucky to meet two adorable furry pups who were staying in the hotel lobby as well. Less than 5 minutes away from Seminyak beach and 5-10 minutes walk away from the restaurants and shops. Peaceful and romantic I must say.

The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -

The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and the outside Balinese-styled bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is set on a busy main road however all the rooms and swimming pool are set back and surprising quiet. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The villas are a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins to the main part of Seminyak.

A fantastic little getaway gem if you are looking for something good value with a touch of traditional Balinese. I stayed in a double-storey suite with traditional Balinese decor, it's beautiful. I love the outdoor living area facing the front, and the marble bathroom is clean. We are frequent travellers to Bali and we stayed at Umadasa due to all the positive reviews the hotel had.
We had a late arrival at 2 am, however the staff welcoming us with a big smile. They were so friendly and helpful at all times.
Breakfast varied everyday and was served fresh.
Hotel was really quiet considering that it was just steps away from a main road. Beach was less than 5 minutes away walking and there were lots of places to eat or drink around.

Good value for Seminyak.
Quiet location but the walk to the beach/town was a little long. We had motorbikes so that was not a problem. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. We were traveling with 2 boys (6 and 8 y/o), they loved the pool.
Breakfast was buffet style (yogurt, eggs, fried rice, bread, coffee, juice, tea, etc).
There are lots of DVDs you can borrow, but the quality of them varied.
Wifi had a good signal the whole stay.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
