I love the atmosphere of the place and definitely love the room and the cleanliness. Food in the cafe was great and we were lucky to meet two adorable furry pups who were staying in the hotel lobby as well. Less than 5 minutes away from Seminyak beach and 5-10 minutes walk away from the restaurants and shops. Peaceful and romantic I must say.

I sent many emails and was always answered promptly and nothing was ever too much for them to change. We were all thrilled with our accommodation and location especially having our own pool. The staff were excellent and nothing was ever a problem for them. The food was always presented well and tasted so nice. We ate in quite a few different cafes around the Seminyak area and all was very good. I would definitely recommend Desamuda to the elder as we had a 75 year old traveling with us and

Loved the size of the villa and the fact that the living area could be closed up and airconditioned or opened up with large sliding windows to the outside.
Complimentary afternoon tea was great.

The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
