Pick up from the airport by a very helpful, friendly and obliging Villa staff member was great. My partner mentioned in passing that she wanted to visit a tailor in Kuta. Our p/u driver detoured through Kuta to show us the way around without being asked.....Nice start to a great vacation. Location was central to do shopping, close to cafe's and bars and a 20 minute stroll to the beach. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and would book restaurants, tours, and drivers without any fuss.

Not a small pool either, an average sized pool, amazing bed, amazing outdoor bathroom area, and amazing outdoor kitchen and upstairs area. Honestly if you can afford it definitely book it! The staff were extremely helpful, the spa was great and half price if you were staying in the villas. The breakfast was great, and the transfer was great. The private pool was huge! However there was hot water problem in the bath tub. Our villa 30 was located at block 3, deep inside another area and very difficult for tourist to walk around especially at night. a bit isolated if u liked the night life but a five dollar taxi ride gets u to most places in bali. Only dislike was the lizards crawling around ceilling of the villa.. Service charges added to everything. The price was never upfront. The actual address of the villas. Was not told there were 3 separate locations to the villas - I travelled on my own to meet up with friends at the same villas however they were at a DIFFERENT LOCATION to that stated on their booking. People think the address shown is where they will be staying - very confusing and needs to be stated at time of booking which location they are at. My friends were 1 kilometre away from me and others 100 metres down the road (3 separate locations). No Aircond and poor lighting in bathrooms. Vital for women grooming and dressing. mosquitoes and the unsuspecting step around the pool deck. Not cheap, and location ok but not in the heart of Seminyak. NB, the Sunset villas are separate from the main development. We had a passport issue and arrived a day late, would have loved to stayed longer and the extra day at the front end that was paid for with no use was discouraging. Location, breakfast.
