The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality.
Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max.
Ridiculously romantic.
The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done for us with good humor and a friendly, relaxed manner. Setting was idyllic and just the right distance to walk into the main town. Food was delicious and inexpensive, considering we were at a resort. Privacy was another good feature.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. A beautiful boutique hotel, with careful thought given to interior design in colours and decor. The rooms are spotless and despite the resort situated on the main coastal road and our room being towards the front of the resort, we heard nothing once we closed our door. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting.
