Great service, very comfortable rooms, located just near huge Mall Kelapa Gading with a wide range of shops, eateries, entertainment. The staff is young, polite, efficient. The food at breakfast and in the cafe is delicious and you can eat even late, after all the restaurants in the Mall are closed.

The resort in general was very peaceful and the staff was great with kids. Great views of Borobudur from the resort and only 15 min drive to Borobudur makes it an ideal location. -

I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.

Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent.
