  We truely enjoyed our time at the resort and would recommend to everyone that is looking for a break, a romantic get away or with your family. We are returning in July with our five children. The pool and bar is amazing and the gym also. Complimentary breakfast's were to die for! Wifi throughout and excellent connection! Room - This place is great value for money. Its in a good location, not too far from the main part of kuta. Its very easy to navigate yourself from this place. The pool is fantastic, and has two levels which i thought was really cool. The prices for food at the restaurant, room service and drinks are not bad at all. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and willing to go the extra lengths to make sure your stay is very enjoyable.   When I arrived at Suris, all that stands out to me and one of the best asset for a hotel, is the smiles and friendliness of the management and the staff , as a matter of fact from the office to the kitchen , bar to the reception and all other staff members everyone there is great.   Very nice pool on the roof. new clean rooms. nice staff. good breakfast and we had a very good sleep - The hotel it's nice and clean. Staff friendly. For facilities and design it's good.
