all reviews » First impression was the amazing look of the poolside garden and pool. Rooms kept very clean. Air-con. TV. Staff were absolutely incredibly helpful. More than I expected as they helped me find cheaper rates for water sports. They don't get commission as I thought. Breakfast included was perfect with a few options. Location was great and the helped me source a scooter cheap. Good hub for going to kuta, jimbaran, uluwatu, etc.. I will not look at another place. I'm coming here again next year!! T. It's one of the best and cheapest hotels in Tanjung Benoa area and you get what you pay for. Breakfast is good - you have also options. The staff is great except the hostess was so tired that you could see it in all her eyes and doings. The whole hotel is nicely isolated from the rest of the area which gives you a perfect pricacy feeling. And the pool is located right in the middle. It was like literally 5 steps to the pool from our room. This this hotel is a very well maintained little garden oasis just across the road from the beach. The swimming pool is a sweet addition. The laundry service was a great feature especially in this hot climate. There is here is a mini market next door as well. Everything what you need. The owner of this hotel is a very nice person and extremely helpful, as well as all staff - thank you!! We enjoyed our stay at Terrace Bali Inn. Wonderful friendly people. Willing to assist with anything from information about area to helping to book outings on the phone. (Re language barrier when communicating can be an issue). Lovely setting and pool. Good facilities for the cost, more intimate setting, good location and set back off the main street and helpfull staff. The room, the staff, the location, the pool, the breakfast. Room, staff, breakfast. relaxing place to stay. Price and location. The location of the hotel is not in the place where the map shows it to be. Its actually on the other side of the road. About a hundred metres. So that by looking at the map it gives a false impession in the meaning that the beach is actually about 200 metres away. Balcony has very low barrier. Definitely not Australian standard. No exhaust fan in bathroom so sometime bit smelly as toilet in same room. (Not always us either ...sewerage smell???). Only thing was the shower could be better..but not a problem. N/A. Not accept bank cards. No shade by the pool and the 200 meters to the beach made it uncomfortable with a baby. Otherwise for people who do not need direct access to the beach and wants to stay in the expensive Nusa Dua / Benoa this is a good choice.
