Staffs was friendly and helpful.. communication in english was fine, staffs even help me to store my luggage even when i check out. room was nice and clean. very cosy.. not too small. big enough. bathtub was nice and clean too, overall the room was nicely designed. Location was good as well, i can go all location at a very cheap price for taxi. no

So far this is the best 3 star hotel in batam. The staffs are very friendly and provide good services. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Stayed in the standard room and everything was in a great condition. Only few minutes to Nagoya Shopping Mall.

We were upgraded to a room with view Located on top of the hills where view is the best part of the hotel. Check in was prompt, the bell hop was great. Awesome pool. Breakfast choice is limited but tue taste is very good. Taxi is always available for you to get around the city costing around RP50,000 -

love shopping. And I only stayed for 1 day so not even a night. I didnt
use the breakfast voucher because I leaving at the same day and I cant
chane it to other stuff or get cheaper. -
