1. Lacation just 3min walk cross the road to Ngoya Shopping Mall. ( best mall in batam all in one )

I reserve deluxe room with this hotel by going directly to the hotel,surprisingly they say the room is full so i open letsbookhotel.com and manage to get one,which is a good thing. They said there were no more queen size bed,but only twin size bed.but they manage to provide me a room with queen size bed upon receiving the room key,the staff is polite and very helpful to serve you and handle your request

So far this is the best 3 star hotel in batam. The staffs are very friendly and provide good services. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Stayed in the standard room and everything was in a great condition. Only few minutes to Nagoya Shopping Mall.

We were upgraded to a room with view Located on top of the hills where view is the best part of the hotel. Check in was prompt, the bell hop was great. Awesome pool. - Hotel Facilities. There's nothing much to see in Batam as you can explore the city only in 1 day. If you are traveling with children, you don't need to go anywhere to entertain the kids. Just stay at the hotel.

Absolutely loved everything. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
