1. Lacation just 3min walk cross the road to Ngoya Shopping Mall. ( best mall in batam all in one )
2. Staff all are friendly and professional well English spoken.

Bfre my trip there...the staffs mainly named deden n ariff were very patient n efficient in answering all my questions and enquiries...upon reaching the staff at the lobby recept welcomed us warmly n in a friendly manner with some welcoming drinks...they were also very clear in explaining the details to us...the room was very spacious and comfortable..i personally like the mini kitchen provided which was complete with cutleries n some cooking equipments...overall i was very satisfied....n the m

So far this is the best 3 star hotel in batam. The staffs are very friendly and provide good services. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Stayed in the standard room and everything was in a great condition. Only few minutes to Nagoya Shopping Mall.

- Hotel Facilities. There's nothing much to see in Batam as you can explore the city only in 1 day. If you are traveling with children, you don't need to go anywhere to entertain the kids. Just stay at the hotel.

Absolutely loved everything. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

I like the hotel location , Receptionist who checked me in very helpful. Taxi service and the driver Mr Juber . Hotel facilities seems not so modern , worth for few days stays , would recommend to friends , and would try to stay there again. I appreciate when I got DND notice paper during my stays which was the same standard as other star hotels.

Don't expect much from a 2 star hotel with 2 star facilities.
Nightclub was a no-no for me but karaoke was okay even though it was very expensive.

Walking distance to the shopping mall. Quite a secluded place but safe to be wz grps or in pairs...children n hubby ate breakfast at the hotel...very simple breakfast therafter we went for second breakfast...A&W n other bread shops. Staff were excellent. Overall had a gd stay n satisfaction stay.
