the room was ok. please choose room without window to avoid sound from the busy street. location was good, near to pasar ikan.

be careful about sate bata near to the hotel. the seller love to cheat people. he asked me to pay 10 satay for 110,000 which is +-10 usd!

The location : walking distance to Merdeka Walk (the eateries) and some old building such as the Lonsum Building and my favourite one, Pajak Ikan Lama where the shopping spree begins. The price is affordable. It has elevator, easy for shopper like me to shop, keep, then shop again. hahahaa

The road : High traffic in front of hotel makes me feel that it is impossible to cross the road at daytime.

Really close to the immigration (visa extension). Staff really friendly and pleasant!

Work maintenance woke us up every morning. English tv channels didnt work. Medan as a city is terrible! So unless you have to be here for visa etc.. dont bother!!

The hotel is located in the middle of the colonial quarter and within a few minutes' walk of a large food court area with loads of restaurants and the mall. Our basic room didn't have windows and was a bit small, but was otherwise comfortable and clean and the tv even had an English language movie channel. Staff is also super friendly. All around very good value for money.

Clean, nice basic rooms. Close to the airport and to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants.

The location is perfect, close to trainstation and merdeka walk. Take care with the rooms: with windows (std and superior) face the street. extrem loud traffic (the horn is the most loved accessory in Indonesia) the whole day. in the evening loud (but fine) music from the pub vis-a-vis. The rooms without window are quiet, but dark! But still the hotel is a good deal. The breakfast for 20.000 is ok, nothing special. Nasi Goring and tea/coffee. Tourist information 50m, bus #64 go to Pinang Basir Bus Stn.

Good central location. Reasonable cost and comfort. Aircon worked fine Directly opposite the Wonderful historic Tip Top restaurant with batak musicians performing 3 evenings a week ( without amplification)

Friendly but bit limited in customer service. No maps or travel information. Breakfast service took 1 hour. Food prepared on top floor and trolleyed to rooms or tiny dining area in entry area. Traffic noise with much tooting, recommend earplugs.

1) Same area with Pajak Ikan (local big textile market) 2) Got 2 options to take breakfast either at lobby or direct room to room. 3) Foods provided are muslim friendly.

1) Common facilities such as internet service, iron & heater equipment are not provided. 2) Noisy with traffic sounds for almost every day. 3) Staffs in-charge are lack of English language skill. 4) Everyday breakfast menu got 2 choices only to choose.
