Nice pool and great location its was directly opposite Mataram Mall with lots of eateries nearby. Our room was big with bath tub. Lovely pool always clean Helpful staff. Comfort and spacious room. Daily breakfast are good. i like only the location. Bathroom is very old in desperate need of renovation or big clean up. As its quite dirty. The bathroom sink is leaking and they do not bother to repair. The laundry charges is not tally as per in the list and the housekeeping staff not helpful to settle the dispute. The front desk seems unprofessional at allocating rooms. 2 rooms given at 1st flr and 1 room at 2nd flr. After a few nego only were given same flr.
