We had booked a pool view room. The lower rooms are already renewed, the top not yet. After seeing the top room we were a little dissapointed. The offered us a upgrade to another room. Loved this place! It was our first time in Bali and this place was an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The pool is great though the bar was rarely open. The food was good, but not much choice for breakfast.
The tour operator was useful in guiding us through the many tour/diving/snorkeling options that they had. The prices are higher than other vendors around Legian but the service was good. They are quite flexible in terms of payment accepting both rupiah and dolla

Great place to stay. Surprisingly trendy and unique - not a generic "chain hotel". They upgraded our room for free for some reason which was very nice. Superior Room had outdoor shower and large bath. Free welcome drink was a nice touch - also a welcome pack in the bathroom was nice!

Location is very good - and for a bust street, it was quiet inside the hotel. Suggestion - get a Deluxe Room, there is 3 of them, they are located up the back of the hotel complex and have another pool to themselves. There is also 2 private rooms (step up from the Deluxe rooms) with private plunge pools. -
